Always closed early. Don't believe their claims of late night service. This place used to be 24/7 but went really far downhill since COVID... Other major McD destinations in Bristol have stayed open 24 hours but not this place...

Guy on the drive thru ordering about 6:30 tonight really couldn't be bothered, was rude, unhelpful and got our order wrong. It doesn't take much to pay attention when you're getting paid to do this. By contrast, the guy at the pickup window was lovely.

The only reason I would give an animal-torturing/ promoters of animal exploitation (FACT) 2 stars is because their toilets are always well-maintained znd I occasionally have a double espresso in there.
Keep on going in there if you want farmed animals to go through unimaginable hell!

Waited an hour and half for "fast food" definitely the worst McDonalds in the Bristol area. Order is often incorrect and missing things. Utterly useless.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely disgusting! Sent me a purple drink?! A burger with what looks like someone has scraped the sauce across with a tooth pick and didn't even add the cheese!

Worst McDonald’s ever. Majority of the staff are so rude. Orders ALWAYS missing items and always cold. Drive through takes ages even though no one else is there. 20 mins plus every time.
